This video was inspired by a yoga class I recently taught. It was a Monday morn after a holiday and the energy I felt from my participants was urging me to try a practice I had not done before. I decided to go slow and teach the practice of repeating a positive word while moving very slowly and mindfully. We are always on such fast paces everyday, our brain and body need us to slow things down sometimes. If you are of the mindset of wanting to change the content and tone of your thoughts and thought patterns, a great way to do that is by moving methodically while repeating the positive thoughts that you would rather be organic to your brain. You can rewire and retrain your brain to work for you rather than against you. You are not your foe. You deserve to feel good and think well of yourself, your life and others. Namaste friends.
