Core Yoga

Here is a core focused yoga practice. We will move at a slower pace to feel the deeper work into all the trunk muscles; then we finish with some nice stretching. Please, always listen to your body anytime you exercise, and if you are just beginning a workout routine see your doctor first for the ok.
